We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • administrative activities – we expect reliability, punctuality, commitment and attention to detail
  • assistance in achieving sales targets in order to sell VM.PL services independently in the future – we are looking for an independent, determined and consistent person
  • cooperation with internal departments of Marketing, Delivery and Recruitment – both here and in contacts with Customers, you will be useful in establishing relations

VM.PL Software House performs services in the DACH market, among other things, thanks to the ability to speak German. Almost every person making up the VM.PL organization has something in common with our western neighbor – they were born in Germany, spent several years there or simply studied German studies. Your daily work will therefore be very much related to the use of German language.

If you have experience in sales, speak German, but lack technical knowledge, don’t give up – apply! It might be a good time to change industry.

Your future responsibilities:

  • preparing sales proposals and presentations according to customer needs, with the support of experts from the sales and delivery department
  • actively supporting the sales department in administrative tasks
  • initiating and participating in sales meetings with potential customers, including negotiating terms of cooperation
  • working with the CRM system
  • building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners and other stakeholders
  • identifying and analyzing new business and prospecting opportunities
  • assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies in cooperation with the sales department
  • working with internal marketing, delivery and recruiting teams to align business development strategies with company goals
  • representing the company at industry events, conferences and networking meetings
  • keeping abreast of market trends, changes and the competitive landscape


  • German language spoken and written at min. C1
  • English language spoken and written at min. B2
  • ability to acquire customers
  • ability to effectively research customer needs and build long-term business relationships with them
  • ability to work under time pressure
  • driving license cat. B
  • willingness to travel – mainly to the DACH market

Nice to have:

  • min. 2 years experience in sales
  • experience in the IT industry and sales of IT services, such as software development, cloud, UX/UI, DevOps, QA
  • university degree in computer science, mechatronics or German studies
  • knowledge of CRM systems
  • knowledge of French language

Basic information:

  • Location: Wrocław or surrounding areas – work in hybrid system
  • Working time: full time
  • Working hours: flexible
